Yup, joining/leaving is not gonna work anymore. If we want a massive, strong guild, we shouldn't let the peoples just leave and join because they have some problems, dramas, too dramatic craps and so >< >< and all these craps will make the guild unstable.

When Blacky left because of Emma. The worst thing was like, they did not said anything, just like "i need to leave". wtf?
Leaving me/us/guild is not gonna solve your problem/drama.
